About the role
∙ To build, validate and perform various vehicle dynamics events and correlate with test data.
∙ To carry out K&C, handling and vRLDA correlation analysis
∙ The engineer must independently handle the project task along with Root cause and debugging studies.
∙ To generate and validate MNF from FE models using NASTRAN.
Roles & Responsibilities:
∙Performing durability loads calculations on suspension components, powertrain mounts, suspension to frame/body and axle attachments using
ADAMS/Car
∙Building vehicle models and performing K&C, full vehicle vRLDA simulations in Adams/Car, Altair MotionView
∙Review road load and time history data and validation of calculated loads, test data
∙Developing and/or improving analysis models and methods. Makes durability assessments and design recommendations based on data analysis and interpreting simulation
