About the role
Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve assigned targets for cattle insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, livestock owners, distributors, and other stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the regulatory environment. Conduct training sessions for sales executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
