About the role
Drive User & Revenue Growth Own growth metrics across the funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization Scale card issuance, activation rates, and add-on product adoption through targeted growth initiatives Data-Driven Strategy & Experimentation Develop and implement segmentation and propensity models to identify high-value user cohorts Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across onboarding, KYC, and transaction journeys Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies Customer Lifecycle Management Build and automate lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation) Improve retention metrics through behavioral segmentation and personalized engagement journeys Product & Feature Optimization Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance payment features and user journeys Identify friction points and drive improvements in onboarding (e.g., KYC), payments flow, and rewards systems Personalization & Engagement Develop and scale personalized marketing campaigns using CRM tools Build and optimize rewards and offer engines to increase transaction frequency and user stickiness Channel & Campaign Optimization Optimize communication channels (push, SMS, email, in-app) using analytics and performance tracking Improve campaign ROI through continuous monitoring and iteration Analytics & Reporting Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key growth metrics Provide regular insights to leadership on performance, trends, and opportunities
