Assist Cross-Sell Credit in achieving superior portfolio quality through a range of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
§ PL Portfolio quality improvement through designing specific Credit Actions
§ Portfolio Risk segmentation
§ Process Quality (end-to-end customer journey) documentation, daily deviations tracking, change implementation
§ PL Portfolio review and MIS – identification of early warning signs
Job Requirements
Qualifications
CA/MBA/FRM
Experience
3+ years in NBFCs, Banks, Retail lending institutions.
Worked extensively on Loan portfolio analysis, vintage curves, loss rate projections and risk-interventions. Recommended specific action to improve portfolio quality.
Presentation of Analysis to stakeholders / Business teams and obtained buy-in in short time.
Functional Competencies
§ Good understanding of lending business, credit, risk
§ Knowledge of loan pricing techniques would be an advantage
§ Exposure to and interest in Operations, MIS, performance tracking
§ Familiarity with data tools: XL, SQL
§ Willingness to learn
