Key Result Areas (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) Channel/ Vendor Empanelment Effective onboard and management of channel partners and vendors, through streamlined process, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing mutual success Work closely with various departments and partnering with concerned team members to ensure channel and vendors are onboarded as per prescribed processes. Collaborate with IT to digitalize channel / vendors onboarding and other process to increase efficiencies. Ensure the processes align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Implement changes and enhancements to streamline onboarding and improve overall satisfaction Stakeholder Management To effectively manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering positive collaboration Prioritize stakeholders based on their influence, impact, and relevance to organizational success & growth Develop and implement a strategic engagement plan for each stakeholder group, outlining communication strategies, touchpoints, and involvement in organizational initiatives Work closely with stakeholders from different business units to understand their data needs and provide valuable insights for their specific requirements Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain positive relationships and prevent potential disruptions Regularly evaluate and report on KPIs to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Team Management Mentor, provide operational leadership and technical guidance to the team, thereby developing a strong and competent team Review performance of the team on a regular and continuous basis and provide developmental feedback. Conduct one-to-one and team meetings on a regular basis to discuss and resolve issues, to seek feedback / suggestions on self / on department's operations and to provide guidance support
