Senior Principal Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Finance Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Equipment Finance and Leasing solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, design business processes, and deliver system solutions that support the end-to-end equipment finance lifecycle.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand Equipment Finance and Leasing processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate requirement discussions.
• Prepare functional specifications and business process documentation.

• Configure and support Equipment Finance applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements.
• Support product configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Understand end-to-end asset finance lifecycle including:
  • Origination and Credit Decisioning
  • Contract Management
  • Asset Booking
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Collections
  • Customer Service
  • Asset Management
  • Lease Modifications
  • End-of-Lease Processing
  • Asset Disposal and Remarketing

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Assist users during system rollout and hypercare phases.
• Analyze and resolve production issues.

• Liaise with business users, project managers, developers, and vendors.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Strong knowledge of Equipment Finance and Leasing business processes.
• Experience with asset finance products including:
  • Finance Lease
  • Operating Lease
  • Loan Products
  • Hire Purchase
  • Balloon Financing
  • Vendor Financing

• Understanding of system integrations and data migration.
• Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, and reporting solutions.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

• Asset financing and leasing operations.
• Credit and risk management.
• Loan servicing and collections.
• Regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Equipment Finance or Leasing domain.
• Experience with platforms such as:

  • Alfa Systems
  • InfoLease
  • LeaseWave
  • Custom Equipment Finance Solutions
• Certification in Business Analysis or relevant Finance/Leasing platforms is a plus.
