About the role
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in product management for software products and services (MBA preferred), including leading 0-to-1 or complex, multi-feature initiatives.
- 5+ years in cloud-based software development or e-commerce environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration; agile execution.
- Stakeholder communication; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Strategic and business-case thinking.
- Mentoring and capability-building.
- Comfort framing 0-to-1 problems without established patterns.
- Proven ability to own ambiguous, 0-to-1 initiatives end-to-end, operate with high autonomy amid ambiguity, and mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
- Strong strategic and business-case thinking, with demonstrated ability to build senior-stakeholder buy-in for bets that don't yet have proven ROI.
