About the role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for candidates who are target-driven and want to build a high-income career in real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for deal closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore real estate market (preferred).
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven.
