About the role
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch/Queueable/Schedulable Apex, Test classes).
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience building/consuming REST and SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware concepts.
- Strong command over Flow Builder (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model: OWD, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets.
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL, data modelling, and Salesforce object architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD deployment tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimisation techniques.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce / AI features.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud (Community) development.
- Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or BFSI domain projects.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I).
