Senior Software Engg - Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer specializing in Software Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, with a focus on developing robust microservices using Spring Boot and integrating AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement AI-driven functionalities to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful software development projects.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
