About the role
Responsibilities:
- Understand client problem statements, operational challenges, and business requirements in detail.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.
- Design customised AI, Computer Vision, and IoT-based solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Draft comprehensive solution architecture, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including software, hardware, networking, and system integration components.
- Collaborate with Sales teams during pre-sales engagements, POCs, and technical evaluations.
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and feasibility studies at client locations.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support proofs-of-concept, pilot deployments, and large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and optimisation.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, Computer Vision, LLMs, VLMs, and industrial automation technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- Prior experience in CCTV, VMS, Video Analytics, AI Surveillance, or related technology companies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision, AI-based surveillance, and video analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), and advanced Computer Vision frameworks will be a significant advantage.
- Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, networking, and enterprise integrations.
- Proven ability to understand client challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in creating technical proposals involving both software and hardware integration.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as Mining, Steel, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Construction, Power, or Automotive will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and technical discussions in industrial environments.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
