Senior UI/UX Designer   Location: On-site Experience: 8+ years Type: Full-time   About the Role   We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own design end-to-end and confidently represent design in client and stakeholder conversations. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll collaborate directly with clients, understand business context, and translate discussions into clear, impactful user experiences.   ⸻   Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery to final delivery • Participate in and lead client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and design reviews • Gather requirements directly from clients, product owners, and business stakeholders • Translate business goals and client feedback into user-centric design solutions • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes • Ensure design consistency through design systems and reusable components • Collaborate closely with engineering teams for smooth implementation • Present design rationale clearly and handle feedback constructively • Mentor junior designers and elevate overall design quality   ⸻   Required Skills & Experience • 5–8+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design • Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder communication • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI craft, and problem-solving • Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping) • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility • Ability to independently manage design tasks and timelines • Clear, confident communicator—both verbal and written   ⸻   Nice to Have • Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise products • Exposure to design systems and scalable UX frameworks • Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS) • Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams   ⸻   What We Expect from You • Act as a design ambassador in client and stakeholder interactions • Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and guide discussions • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Deliver designs that are intuitive, scalable, and production-ready
