About the role
Responsibilities:
- Create delightful and customer-focused designs that provide a superior experience, working on an area of the lending ecosystem and driving things end-to-end, including AI-powered experiences that feel simple, trusted, and human.
- Focus on understanding users' pain points before designing products and provide creative and simple UX solutions for complex business problems.
- Collaborate with people from different departments and roles, such as product, business, risk and policy, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify customer aspirations and map those to business goals.
- Design products from wireframing to developing end-to-end flows and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to provide polished features and user interfaces.
- Continuously iterate and push the design frontier to new heights.
- Build habit-forming products with world-class execution.
- Use AI as a design material; design how it shows up in the interface, how it explains itself, and how it supports users without overwhelming or replacing human judgment.
- Assume full responsibility for the design process and participate in it as an independently led member of a design team.
- Demo designs and defend design decisions backed with research or competitive benchmarking.
