About the role
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IBMS/BMS systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in building automation systems and field devices.
- Configure and maintain systems including: Building Management System (BMS) HVAC Controls Fire Alarm Systems Access Control Systems CCTV & Video Surveillance Public Address Systems Intrusion Detection Systems Energy Monitoring Systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend service calls and provide timely resolution to customers.
- Analyze system alarms, logs, and network communication issues.
- Coordinate with clients, OEMs, and internal teams during maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of: HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers) BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols Fire Alarm Systems ELV Systems PLC/DDC Controllers Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&C, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in IBMS/BMS service, maintenance, or commissioning roles.
