Role: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 3-8 Years
Job Location: Gr Noida
Work from office role.
Immediate to 30 days joiners required.
Required Skills & Attributes:
• Understanding of ITIL V3 and its components
• Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
• Must have ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
• Experience in integration with other external modules
• Must have hands-on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro.
• Must have experience performing Integrations with 3rd party tools using web services, REST, SOAP, email, MID Server, LDAP etc.
• Have experience developing with HTML, and HTML5.
• Knowledge of domain separated environments, Jenkins, Postman, Automated Testing Framework (ATF) of SNOW
