4. Exposure on various kinds of Integrations (M) - for example Event management integration in ITOM
5. Discovery (M)
6. ITOM (M)
7. CMDB (M)
8. Asset Management 
9. Experience on SQL
10. Good in ServiceNow Scripting (M)
11. Service Portal
12. Performance Analytics
13. Dashboard and Report creation (M)
