About the role
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide API, and general web technologies.
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps. (ITSM is required; others are a plus.
- Experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, CMDB, and data models.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise IT processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
