Location - New Delhi , Gurugram
Exp - 8 to 15 Years
Required Skills & Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·2-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
·Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
·Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
·Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.
·Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
·Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.
·Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
·ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development and UI customization.
·Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
