ServiceNow GRC / IRM

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow GRC/IRM Developerwith strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNowGovernance, Risk, and Compliance / Integrated Risk Managementsolutions.

The candidate should have strong ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, workflow configuration, workspace development, integrations, and GRC/IRM implementation.

• Configure and customize ServiceNowGRC/IRM modules.
  
• Work onPolicy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM.
  
• Develop and customizeIRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  
• Develop Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and other client/server-side scripts.
  
• Build workflows usingFlow Designer and Integration Hub.
  
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems usingREST and SOAP APIs.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, epics, and user stories.
  
• Design application architecture, data models, workflow diagrams, and access control models.
  
• Support system configuration, upgrades, deployments, and user support.
  
• Maintain audit-ready evidence, documentation, runbooks, release management, and role-based access controls.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders on risk, compliance, governance, and audit requirements.
  
• Support ServiceNow training and complex configuration requirements.
  

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  
• Minimum2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
  
• Strong experience in:

• Experience withSecOps, including:
  • Security Incident Response (SIR)
    
  • Vulnerability Response (VR)
    
• Performance tuning and large-scale data ingestion experience.
  
• ServiceNow implementation and deployment experience.
  

• ServiceNow CSA – Mandatory
  
• CAD – Preferred
