Job Description:We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:·5 to 7 years of strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
·Deep expertise in GRC configuration, including:
o- Policy and Compliance Management (policies, controls, attestations)
o- Risk Management (risk statements, assessments, indicators)
o- Entity Scoping (Entity Types, Entity Classes, hierarchies)
o- Audit Management (engagements, findings, issues)
·Advanced platform development experience:
o- Business Rules, Script Includes (within scoped apps), UI Actions
o- Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts
o- Strong proficiency in JavaScript & Glide APIs
o- Expertise in Flow Designer and creating GRC-specific workflows and automations
·Integration experience, particularly with risk and compliance data sources (e.g., Archer, MetricStream):
o- Inbound and Outbound REST/SOAP APIs
oQualifications: BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY
