About the role
The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities for hotel and restaurant clients, including planning, creating, and posting content across relevant platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing social media profiles and campaigns, monitoring engagement and performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role involves writing captions and short-form content, responding to audience interactions, and supporting digital campaigns that enhance online visibility and lead generation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali, requiring close collaboration with the marketing team and clients to meet campaign goals and timelines.
Requirements:
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and improve campaigns across platforms.
- Media Planning skills to schedule content, allocate budgets, and select appropriate channels for hospitality clients.
- Strong communication and writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content and captions.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Basic understanding of hospitality and hotel marketing trends is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Borivali, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification or coursework in marketing, communications, or digital media is an advantage.
