Creating and maintaining comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of diverse student populations and academic disciplines.Facilitating interactive learning experiences that encourage participation, collaboration, and skill development.Providing individual coaching and feedback to help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.Collaborating with faculty and staff to integrate soft skills development into the academic curriculum and co-curricular activities.Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
