About the role
We are looking for an experienced SDE 3 with strong backend development and system design experience. Erlang experience is not mandatory, but candidates should be willing to learn and work with Erlang.
Requirements:
- Strong backend development experience in Java/C++/Python/Go or similar languages.
- Strong knowledge of DSA, OOP, System Design and Distributed Systems.
- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and backend architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to learn Erlang is a must.
- Good to have: Erlang/OTP, Elixir, functional programming, or distributed systems experience.
