About the role
Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the HR department, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. The Sr. HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts- Coordinate training and development programs for employees- Manage payroll and benefits administration- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- At least 4 years of experience in HR department- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems- SHRM certification is a plus
