- KRA / Deliverables of the position
. 1. Manpower Planning & Deployment. - 2. Material Planning, Shop Inventory, Production Planning and Execution for the shift. Target Setting & Meeting the same
3. Co-ordination with supplier and customer for efficient shift operations. - 4. Shift Scheduling, Absenteeism Controls
- 5. Co - ordination with maintenance and central services wrt shift operations.
- 6.Efficient Operational control of the shift wrt shop control indices in terms of daily work management (PQCDSM)
7. Preparation of daily Production, Quality, Safety, Schedule adherence report with gap analysis & corrective action
8. Monitoring Productivity of Machine & Man
