Job Description – Senior BI/Tableau Developer / Team LeadRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive BI Developer/Team Lead with strong expertise in dashboard development, performance optimization, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing scalable reporting solutions, revamping existing dashboards, and leading a team while working closely with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Build new LOD (Level of Detail) dashboards and reporting solutions based on business requirements.
- Revamp existing dashboards to improve usability, user experience, performance, and visual appeal.
- Define and implement appropriate Levels of Detail (LOD) for metrics, KPIs, drill-down capabilities, and reporting views.
- Optimize dashboard and report performance to ensure efficient data processing and user experience.
- Implement and manage User Group Security and role-based access controls.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
- Lead project discussions, planning activities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in Dashboard Development and Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Expertise in Performance Optimization of dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with User Group Security and access management.
- Experience in Dashboard Revamp and enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of Level of Detail (LOD) concepts, calculations, and reporting structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage deliverables and lead discussions with business users.
- Experience working on Insurance and/or Banking domain projects.
- Prior experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Ability to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Lead and guide team members on technical and functional aspects.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business users.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and reporting governance.
