Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for automotive embedded roles (software, systems, hardware, testing, calibration, etc.).
- Engage with technical delivery leads and account managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates with a focus on core embedded skills such as AUTOSAR, C/C++, Diagnostics (UDS, CAN), Android Automotive, Functional Safety, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Manage the interview process, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to support customer growth plans.
- Track recruitment metrics like turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, HR, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in automotive embedded hiring.
- Strong knowledge of embedded domains: AUTOSAR, CAN, LIN, ISO 26262, Android Automotive, ADAS, calibration tools, etc.
- Experience working with engineering services or product development companies.
- Ability to prioritize and close multiple roles under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven.
- Mandatory: Willingness to work from office (JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bangalore).
