You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for academic and non-academic roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent.
Hiring Needs: Work with department heads to define candidate profiles and timelines.
Job Postings: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Interviews: Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback from hiring managers.
Offers: Manage reference checks, offers, and follow-up until joining.
Reporting & Onboarding: Maintain recruitment data and support new hire onboarding.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions.
