About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience using various recruitment tools, and the ability to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct initial screening and candidate outreach
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies
- Engage passive candidates and build long-term talent relationships
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical and research skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring (customize as needed)
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo)
- Exposure to employer branding and talent mapping
