About the role
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain features across the entire E2E platform stack (frontend, backend, APIs).
- Develop new functionality and enhance existing systems based on evolving requirements.
- Work on diverse projects ranging from platform development to internal tools and proofs-of-concept.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate independently with team members while driving projects forward autonomously.
- Adapt quickly to different technologies and frameworks as business needs evolve.
- Take ownership of features from conception to deployment.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.
- Solid backend development skills, preferably with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of building and shipping products end-to-end.
- Experience using AI development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc. ) for enhanced productivity.
- Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and bias toward action.
- Strong collaboration skills while maintaining the ability to work independently.
