Tech Lead (Full - Stack)

Responsibilities:

• Take up system analysis, design, and documentation responsibilities, and get them done on time.
• He/she should be able to perform code analysis and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new software/frameworks/languages/technologies with ease.
• Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.
• Conduct software analysis, testing, updating, and debugging.
• Test and update the application so that it can be used on all web browsers.
• Develop proof of concepts, ready to go into code at any time to help the development team.
• Participate in competency development to ensure the best-fit and high-quality technical solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Node.js .
• At least 4+ years of experience in the frontend framework React, Angular, or Vue.js .
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead.
• Experienced with SaaS application design patterns and practices.
• Web service technologies (REST, XML, JSON).
• Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with a minimum number of defects.
• Experience with serverless architecture and AWS Lambda.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Must have experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of current design patterns and best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
• Expertise with software development principles (OOPS, SOLID, etc. ).
• Problem-solving, digging into issues, and owning tasks to completion.
• Experience developing software in an SOA / microservices paradigm.
• Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud.
• Certification in Azure/AWS would be an added advantage.
• Must have experience in code deployment practices.
• Should be smart and able to write optimized code as per the requirement.
• Should have good aptitude and attitude toward the work assigned to him.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Understanding of web security and possible threats.
• Performance tuning of web servers and applications.
• Database and query optimization.
• Working experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Building reusable components and libraries.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Work with the Scrum Team to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate and actively participate in client calls and understand requirements.
• Solid experience in responsive and adaptive design and coding.
• Use and set up the CI/CD pipeline.
