Technical Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the MEAN Stack, ensuring that our development processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities, who can drive project success while fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Lead the delivery management process for projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
• Utilize strong MEAN Stack knowledge to guide development teams in best practices and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet project goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, ensuring that potential obstacles are addressed in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Strong expertise in MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Proven experience in delivery management and project leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or software development are a plus.
