About the role
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Program Orchestration:
- Drive cross-functional delivery across AI, backend, and data engineering teams.
- Manage SLAs, dependencies, and risk; ensuring nothing slips between product, infra, and customer ops.
- Own issue triage, RCA processes, and technical delivery escalations with precision.
Technical and Data Operations:
- Oversee data integration pipelines, document reconciliation, and validation systems.
- Build scalable workflows for real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and SLA reporting.
- Define and implement standardized runbooks for faster issue recovery and zero downtime.
AI and Automation Enablement:
- Use AI and low-code platforms (e. g. n8n, Retool, CrewAI, or LangGraph) to accelerate integrations, diagnostics, and reporting.
- Identify repetitive patterns and automate them into intelligent workflows.
- Continuously evolve processes through experimentation, agentic automation, and feedback loops.
People and Performance:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of support, integration, and QA engineers.
- Foster a culture of speed, accountability, and technical depth.
- Own team performance metrics: issue resolution time, uptime, and delivery consistency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical Product management, engineering delivery, or data operations.
- Strong background in backend systems, API integrations, and data workflows.
- Experience with AI orchestration, automation tools, or low-code platforms (e. g., LangChain, n8n, Retool).
- Proven ability to manage SLAs, triage complex issues, and drive high-speed problem resolution.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and business contexts seamlessly.
- Based in Bangalore, ready to lead hands-on in a high-velocity, collaborative setup.
