About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Managerwith strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and feature requirements based on market research and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product pricing and positioning.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and manage product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Define and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure features meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Build relationships with key customers to gather insights and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical product management.
- Strong technical background, preferably with experience in mobile apps and software development.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of launching successful products.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product analytics and metrics.
- An MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
