About the role
Requirements:
- 5 years in software engineering/project delivery with strong technical project management experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, software architecture, system design, and coding practices.
- Hands-on understanding of code reviews, Git, APIs, microservices, databases, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, cloud, testing, security, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in estimation, risk management, dependency management, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
