About the role
We are currently seeking a Territory Debt Recovery Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the debt recovery process within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the debt recovery process for assigned territory
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection efforts
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors to ensure prompt repayment
- Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine the appropriate course of action
- Collaborate with legal team as needed to escalate collection efforts
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress
- 5+ years of experience in debt recovery or collections
- Proven track record of meeting collection targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
