Reports to (title): Sales Regional Manager

Purpose
To be responsible for achieving the sales & collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning and aggressive promotion of the education products.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS
- Planning for new business opportunities and product promotion.
- Retention and growth for the market share
- Aggressive promotion of educational titles in schools trade in the designated areas.
- Providing value added services in terms of workshops and other educational activities.
- Ensuring faster collection
- Implementation of plan in the market
- Ensuring proper service to our customers
- Handling of the accounts and keep close track of the monthly collection budgets.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be open to travel.
- Must have market knowledge of assigned territory.
- Solution centric sales skills with exposure of digital.
- An understanding and appreciation of school education, the environment, structure and key challenges within the sector
KEY INTERFACES
Internal: Interface with representatives from Digital Sales, operations, academic excellence, marketing and product teams within the organization
External: School heads and teachers of private and public institutions.
