About the role
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for thermal analysis and design optimization of EVSE and power electronics products.
- Conduct thermal modeling and simulations.
- Design heatsinks, airflow paths, and cooling strategies.
- Support hardware and mechanical teams in component placement for thermal optimization.
- Validate thermal performance under real conditions.
- Ensure compliance with reliability and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in thermal simulation tools such as ANSYS Icepak and FloEFD.
- Strong knowledge of conduction, convection, and radiation heat transfer.
- Familiarity with fan and airflow design; liquid cooling is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with thermal measurement tools such as IR cameras and sensors.
- B. E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Heat Transfer.
- Good To Have: Experience with automotive or industrial power systems.
