About the role
Role - Thermal Engineer
Required technical skills - Thermal simulation using FloTHERM and Ansys, with electronic package cooling system design.
Experience - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Location - Bengaluru
Must-Have Competencies
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in thermal engineering and design, including a minimum of 4 years of dedicated thermal design experience.
- Thermal simulation and validation experience would be an added advantage.
- Telecom, electronics, or networking domain knowledge. Hands-on experience with the FloTHERM thermal simulation tool.
- Experience in electronic cooling design areas such as fan trays, cooling methods, PCB-level thermal modelling and simulations, and electronic-component heat-sink design.
- Candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and drive results.
The candidate is expected to perform mechanical design using standard tools such as FloTHERM and Ansys. Most products are sheet-metal driven, and the candidate should have experience in electronic package cooling systems, reviewing designs for thermal performance, and conducting thermal analysis.
