US IT/Non-IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across US time zones.

Role:

• Handle end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment.
  
• Screen candidates and assess skills, communication, and work authorization.
  
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM.
  
• Work with clients/account managers across US time zones.
  
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
  

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
  
• MBA mandatory.
  
• SaaS/B2B recruitment experience required.
  
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US visa types.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
