About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC machines for production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Select and set up tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices.
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and report major concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace following 5S standards.
- Record production data and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical (preferred).
- Experience in VMC operation and setup.
- Ability to read technical drawings and G-code basics.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-focused and quality-driven.
