About the role
- Set up vertical machining centers with the correct tooling, fixtures, and program according to component specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs to ensure precision machining.
- Load raw material and monitor machining processes for quality, making real-time adjustments if necessary.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other instruments.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain machine uptime.
- Maintain detailed production and maintenance logs.
- Follow all safety protocols in machine operation and material handling.
- Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
