About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports
- Coordinate with transport teams, delivery partners, and internal departments
- Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available as needed
- Handle GRN, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel
- Supervise helpers and ensure smooth workflow execution
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Must be able to speak Hindi
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Ability to monitor workflow, manage manpower, and meet operational timelines
