CTC - 35 LPA (includes 12% Variable Pay)

Job description:

1. Source land and redevelopment proposals basis internal requirements
2. Estimate commercial viabilities of the project
3. Deep dive into peripheral aspects of the proposal
4. Close transactions by internal presentations and external negotiations
5. Conduct due diligence and execute term sheets and definitive transaction documents.
6. Develop deep understanding of our internal requirements and ongoing projects
7. Establish a healthy pipeline by applying of proposals for presentations and closures and close transactions

Experience:

• 10-12 Years in Business Development in a leading Real Estate Group
• OR
• You can also look for people working in IPCs Capital Markets Vertical with 3-5 years of experience in Residential & Redevelopment projects

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.TECH / Diploma - Architecture / Civil
• MBA in Finance
