Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Delight Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the voice of Ugaoo — assisting customers across multiple channels, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction at every step of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre-order, post-order, and product advice queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and callsResolve customer complaints with empathy and in line with company policiesCoordinate with internal teams to address grievances and special requestsMaintain accurate customer records on the company platformProvide product information, order updates, and post-sales supportReport and escalate issues to the relevant teams when required
Eligibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood multitasking and time management abilitiesCustomer-first mindset with a problem-solving approachPassion for plants and the world of e-commerce is a big plus.
