About the role
We are hiring candidates for multiple processes across Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Customer Service, Sales, Back Office, and Lead Generation domains. Candidates will be assigned to suitable processes based on their qualifications, experience, communication skills, and language proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through calls, emails, and back-office operations.
- Generate leads and support sales activities.
- Assist customers with banking, insurance, and healthcare-related services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers to Experienced Candidates.
- HSC Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Regional language skills (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Assamese, and Oriya) are an added advantage.
