About the role
- Manage daily back‑office operations for the CLM Domestic Diversified portfolio.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely contract execution and documentation.
- Maintain and update client and contract databases with high accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate regular operational reports.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for manpower resources.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile billing, invoicing, and payment cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in back‑office or operations within a manpower services environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with leadership potential.
- Understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
