About the role
Responsibilities:
- Dive into market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients that go beyond transactions; we believe in partnerships.
- Design and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain client data like a pro on CRM platforms.
- Own your sales pipeline; monitor, analyse, and optimise it to crush monthly targets.
- Explore conferences, exhibitions, and industry meetups to expand our footprint.
- Gather on-the-ground feedback and translate it into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Travel across assigned territories, meet clients face-to-face, and build lasting relationships.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline we value talent over titles.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or startup ecosystems.
- Rockstar in customer service and sales with strong negotiation chops.
- Highly proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a huge plus.
- Solid tech skills: MS Office, CRM tools, sales software.
- Sharp problem-solver with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable living and working in a town setup; willingness to travel is a must.
- Two-wheeler ownership is mandatory.
