About the role
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart development.
- Strong grasp of mobile architecture and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
- Proven ability to design scalable, modular widgets and maintain clean UI code.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs with robust error and offline handling.
- Solid understanding of Flutter performance tuning (repaints, build phases, memory).
- Familiarity with native integrations using platform channels for Android/iOS.
- Writes unit, widget, and integration tests with CI/CD exposure.
- Takes ownership of features end-to-end from planning to release and iteration.
- Applies clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM/Clean Architecture).
- Experience working in modular codebases or monorepo environments.
- Flutter Web experience is a strong plus.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration with backend/design/product.
