About the role
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with 6+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the banking or financial services domain and possess excellent technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performing applications for banking and financial services.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers.
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms, encryption, and secure data storage.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and efficiently manage application state.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, FinTech, or digital payments applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile application security, including encryption, secure storage, and authentication.
- Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Strong knowledge of REST API integration and JSON handling.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payment gateways, digital wallets, and KYC integrations.
- Knowledge of Flutter Web and Desktop application development.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, monitoring tools, and crash analytics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
